How to Request Your Refund
To request a refund:

- Use the subject line: 30-Day Refund Request.
- Provide the email address associated with your purchase or your order number so we can locate the transaction.
We will review your request solely to verify the purchase and the refund eligibility period. We will not require you to justify your decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
What the Guarantee Covers
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the initial membership payment for your first purchase of UGC Business Accelerator.
The guarantee does not restart with each automatic monthly renewal, cancellation, or subsequent re-enrollment.
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, membership payments for billing periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a separate refund obligation applies.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, and access-related problems may qualify for additional remedies regardless of the initial guarantee period.
Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Subscription Cancellation After a Refund
When your initial membership payment is refunded under this guarantee, your membership subscription will be canceled and access to paid resources and the private Skool community will end.
You will not be charged for future subscription renewals after cancellation is effective.
Digital Membership
The Money Factory™ is a digital subscription membership. No physical products are shipped.
Your purchase provides access to the membership services and resources described on the product page during your active subscription.
