THE MONEY FACTORY™ — UGC Business Accelerator

Effective Date: October 27, 2026

Monthly Membership

UGC Business Accelerator is a digital membership offered at $174 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize automatic recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method until your subscription is canceled.

The first payment is charged at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are automatically charged on your scheduled monthly renewal dates.

There is no minimum-term commitment.

Locked-In Membership Rate

Members who join at $174 USD/month will retain that monthly membership rate for as long as their original subscription remains continuously active.

Future increases to the publicly advertised membership price will not increase the monthly membership rate of members who joined at $174 and maintained uninterrupted active subscriptions.

If a subscription is canceled, expires, or terminates, a later re-enrollment may be subject to the price available at that time.

Everything Included in One Membership

The Money Factory™ does not charge commissions on members’ UGC brand collaboration earnings.

Membership benefits described as included are provided without additional mandatory program fees.

Optional services or purchases from independent third parties, if any, are separate from The Money Factory™ membership and are not required to maintain the membership.

Applicable taxes or currency conversion charges, where relevant, are not commissions charged by The Money Factory™.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Where available, you may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or subscription management portal.

Subject: Membership Cancellation

Include the email address associated with your membership.

Cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles. To avoid another renewal charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

Access After Cancellation

Unless a refund or another applicable policy requires earlier termination, membership access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.

After that period ends, access to paid courses, templates, community resources, mentorship, and the private Skool membership will terminate.

Downloaded resources remain subject to the intellectual property terms of the membership.

Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made.
