THE MONEY FACTORY™ — UGC Business Accelerator

Welcome to The Money Factory™.

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of, access to, and participation in the UGC Business Accelerator membership operated by [REGISTERED LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as The Money Factory™.

By purchasing or using the membership, you agree to these Terms, our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Our Membership

The Money Factory™ is a digital education, mentorship, and business development membership for aspiring and experienced user-generated content (UGC) creators.

The program is designed to provide education, business tools, resources, feedback, and community support to help members develop their UGC businesses.

The membership is not an employment service, talent agency, or guarantee of paid work.

2. Membership Price and Billing

UGC Business Accelerator costs $174 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.

The membership automatically renews monthly until canceled.

Members who join at $174/month retain that price while their original subscription remains continuously active.

If a membership ends and the customer later rejoins, the then-current advertised rate may apply.

3. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

• UGC educational training and business strategies.
• Private Skool community access.
• Ongoing mentorship and team support.
• Portfolio, pitch, email, and application feedback.
• Brand outreach resources and contact databases.
• Contract templates and legal education resources.
• Pricing, negotiation, and business management tools.
• AI-assisted business workflow resources.
• Client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Expert sessions, workshops, and community discussions.
• Additional templates, resources, and updates as described in the active membership offer.

The specific recurring deliverables and services purchased by a member are those expressly advertised as included at the time of purchase.

The Money Factory™ is responsible for delivering the membership services it advertises, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

4. Mentorship and Feedback

Members may submit questions and eligible business materials for feedback throughout their active membership.

Where unlimited questions, submissions, or corrections are expressly included, no fixed numerical submission limit will be imposed on those eligible services.

Unlimited access does not mean immediate responses, continuous live availability, or guaranteed business outcomes.

Support is provided through the designated membership channels and during the team’s operational availability.

We may establish reasonable community conduct, scheduling, and submission procedures that do not materially remove promised membership benefits.

5. Brand Opportunities and Contact Information

Brand databases, outreach methods, and related resources are provided for informational and educational purposes.

The availability of brand contact information does not imply that every listed brand is currently hiring, will respond to outreach, or will offer a paid collaboration.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, a brand’s appearance in our resources does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or a formal partnership with The Money Factory™.

Members are responsible for conducting professional outreach and complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Contracts and Legal Education

Our contract templates, negotiation resources, and guidance are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Unless expressly provided by a qualified, authorized legal professional under a separate engagement, these services do not constitute legal representation or jurisdiction-specific legal advice.

Members should seek independent professional advice when appropriate before signing legally binding agreements.

7. Earnings and Business Results

The Money Factory™ provides resources intended to help members develop skills, identify opportunities, improve their pitches, negotiate contracts, and pursue UGC income.

Actual outcomes depend on individual circumstances, experience, effort, market demand, brand decisions, and other factors beyond our control.

Membership does not, by itself, establish an employment relationship or require any third-party brand to hire a member.

Income goals presented as educational objectives are not representations of typical earnings or guaranteed financial outcomes.

Any separately offered earnings-based guarantee must be expressly documented, supported by appropriate evidence, and communicated through its own valid written terms before it applies.

8. No Commission on UGC Contracts

The Money Factory™ does not take a percentage or commission from payments members receive for UGC collaborations with third-party brands.

Members remain responsible for their independent commercial relationships, contractual obligations, taxes, and business expenses.

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Training materials, templates, calculators, videos, written content, and other resources provided by The Money Factory™ are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

During an active membership, members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use these resources for their own UGC business activities.

Members may customize and use provided business templates for their own legitimate client work, subject to any resource-specific terms.

Members may not resell, redistribute, publicly publish, sublicense, or share the membership library or proprietary training materials without written permission.

Access credentials may not be shared with non-members.

10. Community Conduct

Members must communicate respectfully and use the private community for legitimate professional and educational purposes.

Harassment, fraud, spam, impersonation, unauthorized sharing of another person’s private information, and unlawful conduct are prohibited.

We may moderate community content and take proportionate action in response to violations.

Any suspension or termination will be handled consistently with applicable law and the membership services already paid for.

11. Third-Party Platforms

The membership may use Shopify, Skool, and other external services to process payments, deliver content, host community discussions, or facilitate online events.

Use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Money Factory™ remains responsible for its own contractual obligations to members.

12. Refunds and Cancellation

Your initial membership purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time in accordance with our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to Services and Terms

We may update training content, improve tools, and add resources over time.

Material changes to purchased benefits or legal terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Any changes will respect existing contractual commitments, including the locked-in membership rate for continuously active members.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Money Factory™ is not responsible for independent decisions made by third-party brands or for business results outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to services not delivered as promised.
